We will be using U.S.P.S Priority Mail for shipping. The charge is $4.60 and that will cover from $1.00 to $149.99 worth of stones or jewelry. If you purchase $150.00 or more shipping is free.

If you wish insurance this is the fee schedule for U.S.P.S. Please include the amount with purchase. Our free shipping with a purchase of $150.00 dollars or more does not include insurance.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the purchase because you changed your mind and the piece is back in our hands within ten days of you receiving it, you will be refunded the amount of purchase price less shipping and PayPal fees. A refund check will be mailed upon receipt of item by Focalstones. If the item is not the correct piece please email as soon as possible for replacement or full refund.
